Blueberry Cheesecake
The first cheesecake I ever made. For me, this is a classic. Later on, I've learned to experiment on different flavors and combinations.
My brother got me mini-cheesecakes pans from the US so I made use of that here. It's simpler and quicker to bake than a full 9-inch cheesecake.
